Make Your Next Event Extra Special with a Horse-Drawn Carriage Ride

The Horse-Drawn Carriage Co offers carriage, hay, and sleigh rides at other locations for weddings, special events, and parties. The cost for these events is based on location and ride duration. Please give us a call for a special quote at (907) 688-6005.

We also offer gift certificates for 30-minute and 1-hour rides, which can be used for sleigh or carriage rides.

Terms and Conditions:

• HILLS, MILEAGE, UNSAFE ROAD CONDITION MUST BE AGREED UPON BEFORE ACCEPTING
• WEATHER CONDITIONS: HORSE DRAWN CARRIAGE CO., LLC WILL PROVIDE SERVICE UNDER MOST
WEATHER CONDITIONS (RAIN, WIND, SNOW, SLEET, ICE). HOWEVER, IF CONDITIONS ARE TOO SEVERE AND
CONSIDERED UNSAFE, THEN THE HORSE DRAWN CARRIAGE CO., RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THE
EVENT.
• DEPOSIT IS FULLY REFUNDED IF CANCELATION IS DUE TO ADVERSE WEATHER CONDITIONS (below -0 degrees, icy roads and/ or winds greater than 35 mph) less processing fee of $25.00.
• DEPOSITS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE FOR POSTPONEMENT OR CANCELLATION BY CLIENT
• CHANGES IN SCHEDULE: NOTIFY US AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. WE SUGGEST A CONFIRMATION CALL A FEW DAYS BEFORE THE EVENT.
• Additional time beyond the contracted time will be charged at rate of $150/hour
• Fifteen minute grace time is allotted to the events’ scheduled time, if the event is late then a shorter ride will be given or additional cost will be billed.
• THE HORSE DRAWN CARRIAGE CO., LLC RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL AN EVENT WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE DUE TO CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND OUR CONTROL, (HORSE ILLNESS, EQUIPMENT FAILURE, ETC.) IN
THIS RARE EVENT HORSE DRAWN CARRIAGE CO., LLC WILL REFUND YOUR DEPOSIT, BUT WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY AMOUNT GREATER THAN THE DEPOSIT.
• NOTICE: THE CONTRACTING PARTY RECOGNIZES THE ELEMENT OF RISK INVOLVED WITH THIS TYPE OF SERVICE AND WAIVES ALL RIGHT TO HOLD THE HORSE DRAWN CARRIAGE CO., LLC (EMPLOYEES/AGENT) RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR INJURIES WHICH MAY OCCUR, EXCEPT FOR ISSUES ATTRIBUTABLE TO HORSE DRAWN CARRIAGE CO., LLD OWN NEGLIGENCE.
• Disclosure for any pictures taken during the course of this horse drawn vehicle contract that by signing this contract permission is granted to use those pictures as the Horse Drawn Carriage Co., LLC sees fit.
